How We Met
 
Nick and I met in the summer of 2004. I worked at the hair salon next door to where his restaurant, Tantalum, was being built. We started to talk casually to each other and he finally asked me out in October of 2005.

 

How Nick Proposed

 

Nick took me out to dinner on Monday Nov.6, 2006 to 555 Steakhouse in downtown Long Beach. Nick had made reservations but did not like our table. We were moved to a quiet table in the corner. We had wine, appetizers and dinner. Nick ordered dessert and a couple of bites into it, Nick came over to me and got down on one knee. He asked me to marry him! I was surprised and so happy.
